About Your Co-Host – Joseph McInnes

Joseph McInnes is a former JUCO All-American and five-time All-Conference selection who competed across JUCO, NCAA DII, and NAIA levels in the U.S. college system. He also played for three seasons in USL League Two, reaching the national final in 2024. Now part of the Platform Sports Management team, Joseph mentors student-athletes and their families through the U.S. recruitment process. His experience on the field—and the lessons learned off it—fuel his mission to help the next generation succeed with clarity and confidence. Joseph also runs College Soccer Insight, a blog dedicated to helping athletes and parents navigate college soccer with honesty and practical advice.
